"My girlfriend and I decided to relocate down to Tampa Florida from Minnesota. Vinh was recommended by our good friend and he did a smashing job showing us the area! We flew into Tampa for a few days and Vinh organized an itinerary of each area of Tampa for us. In three days, Vinh showed us Apollo beach, downtown of Tampa, Odessa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg. By the end of our tour, we knew which area we want to look for our first FL home.With this crazy house market, we put our trust in Vinh and worked with him when we flew back home to Minnesota after the Tampa tour. When we found the house that we liked, Vinh promptly schedule the viewing, contact the seller realtor, and facetime us the neighborhood and the house. After the negotiation and contract, we got the house that we wanted. He made this process easy for us since we are not physically in Florida.Overall he was very organized, answered all questions, very patience, transparent, and executed the contract flawlessly.For those who are from out of state that are planning on moving into the Tampa area, we highly recommend Vinh as your relator."

"Vinh actually helped us before we ended up buying a home; thru moving across the country, getting into a temporary rental home, then solidifying the perfect home for us. (He taught us a little trick when we put in an offer on a home with multiple offers too, that obviously worked!) We clicked right from the first phone call together. The man legit works night and day for you. I'm the type of person who must have all his ducks in a row and Vinh delivered on everything. From the countless questions I had to all the solid connections he has with literally everything. (Painters, movers, insurance people, lawncare, etc.)Is it weird to say he's the all-in-one package?
